1. Digital Product Policy (No Physical Shipping)
All products available on GraphicsAdda are digital and instantly downloadable.
Once a product is purchased and the download link is provided, it is considered delivered.
Because of the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order is completed.
2. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You purchased the product by mistake
- You do not have the required software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)
- You expected a different design style or layout
- You are unable to use the files due to lack of skills
- Download issues caused by poor internet connection
- Product already downloaded or accessed
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
A refund may be considered only if:
- The product file is corrupted or not opening, and
- Our support team is unable to provide a working replacement
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proper proof (screenshots or screen recording).
Refund approval is solely at the discretion of GraphicsAdda.
